How knowledge intelligence works

Servination's RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) layer lets you upload policies, procedures, board papers, financial reports and project documents. The platform converts them into vector embeddings so assistants such as KnowBase, RegWatch and FinRes can answer questions grounded in your own content.

  • Upload PDFs, Word documents or text from the client area.
  • Documents are stored securely and associated with your tenant and chosen assistant.
  • Queries are matched using semantic search, not just keywords.
  • Answers clearly state when the information is or isn't supported by your documents.

RAG demo: a simple flow

  1. Sign in to the client area and go to the Knowledge section.
  2. Upload 2–3 key documents (e.g. policies, a board pack or MI report).
  3. Select the KnowBase assistant and ask targeted questions.
  4. Review the answer and the documents cited in the response.
